I’ve been coming to this salon for 13 years and always love the experience. The staff are all so friendly, it has a really good atmosphere. I always leave feeling amazing! I have been coming to House of Finesse in Urmston for my blow dry and Frankie is great. I have had long hair extensions added that need extra time, care and attention. Frankie always listens to what I want and takes her time to remember the little details and achieves a great result everytime with little stress. Absolutely incredible experience! I cannot recommend this highly enough! It was my first time at the salon and definitely won’t be my last! Annie gave me full head highlights and lowlights with a root smudge, and she also cut me a new style too. She also gave helpful advice when I wasn’t 100% on what exactly I was asking for. She was absolutely brilliant - super attentive and friendly - and the result is even better than I was expecting. I will certainly be returning 💚.

I’ve been coming to House of Finesse in Urmston for years now and I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough. Every single time I visit I have such an amazing experience, no matter which member of staff I’m booked in with. The salon has the best energy – it’s always so welcoming, friendly and professional, and you genuinely feel looked after from the moment you walk in. The whole team across both salons are absolutely lovely and provide such fantastic customer service. They always listen to what I want, take the time to understand my needs, and I always leave feeling so happy with my hair. Also… a special mention because the owner always makes sure you’ve got a brew ☕️😂 and as someone who loves a coffee, it honestly just makes it my favourite place to be. Such a gorgeous salon with the nicest staff – wouldn’t go anywhere else!
